I have just joined an auction site which lets you list items for FREE (not like eBay) and depending on the level of user you want to become (Bronze, Silver, Platinum) you either don’t pay an ending of auction fee or its 3% of the final price.
 I think generally this is much better business model than eBay but eBay was the first one and have a big marketting budget so that’s why they can charge so much for fees when you list and when you sell an item and get paid.
 Try them, registeration is free and you can list all of your items for free if you stay as a bronze seller.
